Rosé scoops gold medal!

The rosé was awarded a gold medal at the Thames and Chilterns Vineyards Association competition September 2022. The Pinot Noir vines are progressing nicely this year as pictured below. They are so good we add some to the sparkling wines too – these are pressed and the colourless pulp is and not left with the grape skins (where the colour is) so the juice remains clear for that.
