Bacchus – first vintage!

Talk about flavoursome – citrus and exotic fruits dance on the tongue amid enticing elderflower aromas – well worth the wait.  The vines grew strong after a few years of hard pruning under Philippe’s nurturing hand to produce a superb crop last September to produce this first vintage. Mrs Mouse can’t stop sniffing she loves the aromas so much!  Everyone who kindly helped harvest is mentioned by name on the label.
