The wines and other products we supply are subject to availability, and if they are subsequently found to be unavailable once an order request is placed, you will be informed as soon as possible after you have placed your order.

In the event that the wine you have ordered is no longer available then we shall contact you to discuss alternatives or to arrange a refund of monies paid.

Prices

All our prices are inclusive of all duties and taxes. Prices do not include the cost of delivery which is shown as a separate item at the time of checkout. Collection from our vineyard is also option.
In the unlikely event that our website has shown the incorrect price please note that we reserve the right not to supply incorrectly priced products. If this situation does occur then we will contact you to advise of the error made and either refund all monies paid or collect any difference due.

Quality

All our wines are produced to the very highest hygiene and preservation standards and should a wine delivery prove to be unsatisfactory then please keep the product for collection by us and contact us for advice.  A full refund will be provided for any wine that is imperfect in any way, please retain any such product for analysis.

Age Limitations

By law you must be aged 18 years old or over to purchase alcohol. By placing an order on our website you are affirming that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying the wine as a gift then the recipient must also be 18 years old or over. All goods must be received by someone over 18.

Delivery Details

Collection in Person

Collection is arranged via our online ordering system where you can select a date and time and your order will be awaiting you when you arrive at our vineyard, where you may be asked for age verification ID.  You will receive a confirmation email.

Local Delivery

For those living around the Hendreds area we can provide a local delivery service on a specified time and date which you can select at check out.  Please note we generally require at least 24 hours notice before we can deliver your order.  The recipient may be asked for age verification ID.

Courier Delivery

We can supply to most of mainland UK using our specialist courier service.  Please note though that this service is not available for some remote areas of the UK (such as, but not limited to the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland).  Please contact us in advance of ordering if the delivery address is remote and we will check for you.  Although the courier service usually takes 2-4 days, this can take longer.  Real-time tracking of deliveries is not possible, so unfortunately we cannot provide an arrival date/time of your wine at the moment. The recipient may be asked for age verification ID.
